Proverbs 8:1  “Does not wisdom cry out…”
Voice of wisdom.  Calling to us.  God gives us a way out of temptation, a warning of bad choices.  It’s up to us to listen and heed what He says.

11  “…wisdom is better than rubies…”
Having riches solves nothing.  You still have to have the wisdom to live.  How many people have come into great wealth only to lose it soon after due to lack of wisdom.  You can use wealth, and wisdom is what you must have to do that.

15  “By me kings reign…”
Great rulers or leaders are known for their wisdom, both in the just way they rule and in the way they treat others.

22-23  “The LORD possessed me at the beginning of His way, Before His works of old.  I have been established from everlasting, From the beginning, before there was ever an earth.”
The universe wasn’t created out of chaos.  God used wisdom from the beginning.  Contradicts any of man’s theories of how the universe was created.  Man can only see the power of the creation, thus he thinks everything evolved from chaos.  Such foolishness seems incredible until you realize he only does it to deny God.  No proof, just a desire to never be accountable to Almighty God.

27  “…When He drew a circle on the face of the deep”
Can certainly see this when looking at the oceans as they are now.  But wonder if the writer had knowledge of the way the earth was before, with possibly one large land mass and one ocean.  In that case he would be showing the completeness of God using wisdom in creation, both the land and the sea.

34  “Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors.”
James says God will give wisdom to all who ask.  We must ask, but we must also desire it and show that by searching for it.  We follow our hearts’ desires.  We should make God’s wisdom one of those.

I hope you enjoy reading and studying His word.  May it accomplish what He desires.  Please feel free to comment or post questions.  Thanks for reading!
